Bure Valley Railway
The Bure Valley Railway is a 15" narrow gauge railway operating in north-east Norfolk providing a nine mile journey between Aylsham and Wroxham, boating centre of the Norfolk Broads.
Tickets are available for combined train and boat excursions. There are halts along the line at Brampton, Buxton and Coltishall.
The railway operates along the trackbed of the former Great Eastern Railway, operating on a standard gauge. Passenger services ceased along the original line in 1952. The line was completely closed in 1982. The present railway opened in 1990.
2nd Air Division USAAF. This locomotive was built to assist with construction of the line and now operates some of the passenger services.

The station serves the boating centre of the Norfolk Broads and provides a connection with the mainline station on the line that runs from Norwich to Cromer and Sheringham. A restored mainline signal box is situated between the two stations.
A turntable is also situated at this end of the line enabling locos to be turned.
Passing loops along the line allow 2 locos to operate at busy periods.
